NOTICE BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GOLD RIDGE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON AUGUST 12, 2026, FOR CONSIDERATION AND DETERMINATION OF THE SPECIAL TAX TO BE LEVIED ON EACH PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE DISTRICT DURING FISCAL YEAR 2026/2027

WHEREAS, District special tax ordinances require that each year the District Board of Directors hold a public hearing to consider and determine the rate of special tax to be levied on each parcel of real property in the reorganized District during Fiscal Year 2026/2027; and

NOW, THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors of the Gold Ridge Fire Protection District will conduct said public hearing on August 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at The Annex Building located at 7351 Bodega Avenue, Sebastopol, CA 95472 (located next to Sebastopol Station 83).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Clerk of the Board of Directors shall keep on file, and open to public inspection at The Annex Building, a copy of the proposed report and other supporting documents to be considered for this public hearing.
