To place an address sign order - please follow the instructions below:

1.) Download the clickable link located here:

 2.) Print and fill out the form completely, including: Name (First, Last), date, address, phone number, and address numerics/sign style you would like.

3.) Take a picture of the completed form.

4.) Email a picture of completed form to ordermysign@goldridgefire.org

5.) Allow 2-4 weeks for order processing. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email notification from ordermysign@goldridgefire.org, this email will contain instructions on how to pick up and pay for your order.

Disclosure: We do not ship or deliver signs, all completed orders can be picked up at 4500 Hessel Road, Sebastopol, CA 95472
